Brie group cheese with a white fluffy coat. Before ripening, sprinkled with golden turmeric, through which white mold grows. The presence of turmeric, in addition to the characteristic forest, earth and mushroom notes, creates a ripe summer mood in the aftertaste. Excellent with dessert wines, together with berries or aromatic garden tomatoes.
